To maintain its leadership position and stand out through innovation, the group evolved its infrastructure using multi-cloud solutions across the three leading cloud providers on the market (Azure, AWS and GCP). These solutions allow the company to leverage the strengths of each platform while combining their capabilities to address the specific needs of its business activities.
To deploy all cloud services, manage and integrate these digital solutions, the group partnered with our Go Cloud & Security Center of Expertise to support the architecture design, service deployment, application migration and operational maintenance (MCO) of its environments.
Methods & Solutions
We supported this major shopping center operator in its digital transformation by conducting a full assessment and analysis of its existing infrastructure and cloud services.
Based on this assessment, our teams optimized the architectures, cloud services and cloud spending (FinOps). Since 2019, we have supported the client throughout all phases of the project: governance, implementation of a DevOps pipeline, management tools, monitoring and security solutions.
