The New Connected TAG Heuer Store in Tokyo

Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer has unveiled a new connected flagship store in the Ginza district of Tokyo. To bring this ambitious digital project to life, the brand partnered with WIDE Switzerland, a subsidiary of Micropole, a Talan company*.

The Geneva-based digital agency supported TAG Heuer in redefining its global customer journey by creating a seamless omnichannel experience through a new e-commerce platform and the digitalization of its physical retail stores.

Thanks to this new intelligent sales journey, in-store sales advisors are now equipped with connected watches and tablets, giving them instant access to customer information collected through connected display units. Customers, meanwhile, can browse and select the watch models that interest them directly from these smart displays and send a request to the sales team to try them on. The in-store experience can then continue seamlessly on their mobile devices through the brand’s dedicated application.

Together, TAG Heuer and WIDE Switzerland are delivering a truly connected and innovative shopping experience.
